hola Noltari, e probado los caldata, al probar el primero apareció la wifi, pero sin tipo de red y una potencia de 27 dB y realizaba escaneo pero no se activaba como AP. Asi que intente con los otros caldatas pero la wifi desapareció, y al intentar volver a la primera caldata ya no apareció la wifi.

Lo del primer intento suena prometedor.

Realiza lo siguiente:
Imagino que tienes instalado el último firmware que te he pasado. Si es así copia el primer archivo a la partición mtd4.
Una vez lo hayas copiado a la partición mtd4, ejecuta el siguiente comando:

mtd -r erase rootfs_dataEse comando debería reiniciar el router. Una vez que el router se haya reiniciado, haz un dmesg y mándamelo.

EDIT: parece ser que a Ggarza también le ha vuelto el wifi con el primero.
Una vez flasheado el primer caldata (si no habéis flasheado otro encima no hace falta que lo repitáis).
Borrad los datos de la partición rootfs_data como indico arriba o volved a flashear el mismo firmware o uno oficial.

así que no tengo manera de sacar el dmesg, instalo otra ves tu ultimo firmware? y saco el dmesg?

Si lo tienes conectado por ethernet a otro router con la ip 192.168.1.1 es normal. El tema es que el comando que te he dado reinicia toda la configuracion.

Fija la ip de tu pc manualmente, sin dhcp.

He optado por proteger a lo "bestia" los 2MB últimos de la flash, para evitar borrar datos de calibración en cualquier dispositivo.
Creo que con una flash de 16MB - 2MB = 14MB deberían ser más que suficientes ;).

En el caso de los ralink que tienes que inyectar los datos de calibración desde un fichero, no se "pierden esos 2mb" ?

Pruebo la build y te cuento.

Porque la anterior que tenía, no iba el modo cliente al reiniciarlo, tenía que volver a dejarlo de fábrica y volver a crear el modo cliente.

No tienes por qué pedir disculpas, que os estáis llevando un currele :)

Simplemente es una cuestión de espacio. Al proteger los dos últimos megas de la flash, nos quedamos con 14 MB de espacio para el firmware y almacenamiento de archivos y paquetes/programas. Creo que es más que suficiente de todas formas :P.

En el caso del ralink estamos reservando los 2 megas para nada, porque se podrían usar perfectamente. El problema es que no es aconsejable hacer un firmware distinto para cada router porque siempre hay alguno que se pone a probar firmwares y la lía :$...

Lo del modo cliente ni idea tío, cada driver va como le sale de los h*****, es una locura xDDD...

Restaurado el wifi de emeryth utilizando los datos de calibración del MX29GL128EH de jar229.

Por cierto, para restaurar los datos de calibración correctamente ha sido necesario utilizar el comando:
mtd -r erase cal_data
Este comando borra completamente la partición de los datos de calibración.

Si no se ejecuta este comando antes de restaurar los datos del wifi (dd if=ath.bin of=/dev/mtd4), no se graban correctamente los datos y se producen errores al comprobar el checksum de estos.

P.D: El primer firmware del post principal es el más actualizado y es seguro utilizarlo en cualquier router.

Si, sé para que son esos 2mb, pero en el caso de ralink no hacen falta :) Y lo de reservar 2mb, creo yo, entiendo que es la posible zona por dónde estén los datos. Porque no creo que ocupen 2mb la calibración.

Voy a probar si ahora va OK el wifi.

Pruebas: Me pongo como cliente sin problemas  y funciona (RALINK).
APago y vuelvo a encender, no se enciende el wifi, y en dónde debería aparecer el wifi como cliente, aparece radio1, con OpenWRT master (todo como desconectado :p)
Si enchufo de nuevo, creo que creaba radio2 etc.

Si, sé para que son esos 2mb, pero en el caso de ralink no hacen falta :) Y lo de reservar 2mb, creo yo, entiendo que es la posible zona por dónde estén los datos. Porque no creo que ocupen 2mb la calibración.

Voy a probar si ahora va OK el wifi.


EDIT:

Pruebas: Me pongo como cliente sin problemas  y funciona (RALINK).
APago y vuelvo a encender, no se enciende el wifi, y en dónde debería aparecer el wifi como cliente, aparece radio1, con OpenWRT master (todo como desconectado :p)
Si enchufo de nuevo, creo que creaba radio2 etc.

Podría ser un problema del driver del ralink :$...

Ya he dicho que en los ralink no sirve de nada. El problema es que no tenemos ningún método para identificar correctamente si el router es un ralink o un atheros.

Sobre lo del tamaño a reservar no depende de mi. El problema es que si unos datos están en el offset 0xEFE000 y otros en el 0xF7E000. Como mínimo se podría reservar los últimos 0x102000 bytes de la flash (algo más de un mega). De esta forma, aunque los datos del wifi ocupen 0x2000, el espacio posterior no se puede utilizar dado que no es contiguo al anterior. Se podría utilizar, pero para crear una partición a la que no creo que le dieras uso.

Pruebas: Me pongo como cliente sin problemas  y funciona (RALINK).
APago y vuelvo a encender, no se enciende el wifi, y en dónde debería aparecer el wifi como cliente, aparece radio1, con OpenWRT master (todo como desconectado :p)
Si enchufo de nuevo, creo que creaba radio2 etc.

Me pasa exactamente lo mismo, tengo que mantenerlo encendido siempre porque como lo reinicie me quedo sin wifi y tengo que volver a flashear.

Me tambien me pasaba lo mismo con la compilación anterior "openwrt-HW556-squashfs-cfe_r32764.bin"

La luz cree que viaja más rápido que cualquier otra cosa, pero se equivoca; da lo mismo lo rápido que pueda viajar, porque al final, la luz descubre que la oscuridad ha llegado antes que ella, y la está esperando.

Es una jodienda, tenía uno configurado como cliente para una xbox en la misma regleta. Al apagar regleta adiós, toca enchufar el portátil y reconfigurar.

A ver si conseguimos arreglar esto!

Haz un backup de la configuración por LuCI con todo funcionando y otro al reiniciar.
Súbelos al foro y mañana (hoy) le echo un ojo.

Si puedes poner dmesg del primer inicio y del reinicio ayudaría también.

Hola a todos:

¿Sabeis de algun ultimo firmware para el router hg556a que tenga Relayd?, antes usaba el

fpu.LuCi.samba.etc.r30964.openwrt-HW556-squashfs-cfe.bin

pero algun virus me lo dejó inservible, ya puesto buscaria el mas actual posible.

Os agradeceria que me dijerais donde puedo encontrarlo.  Muchas Gracias.
