ya lo resolvi solo tienen que buscar el siguiente paquete aircrack-ng-1.2-rc1-r2446-i486-1sw.txz luego se descomprime se busca el script de airmon-ng que esta en la carpeta del mismo archivo usr/sbin lo copiamos a nuestro directorio /usr/sbin y nos sale si deseamos remplazar el airmon-ng existen y ponemos si y luego corremos linset y listo respaldemos todo por si acaso con eso resolvemos el problema aqui les dejo el script de airmon-ng que necesitamos por si acaso no se encuentre el paquete antes mencionado ojo esto es solo para kali linux actualizado hasta su ultima version Linux kali 3.18.0-kali3-686-pae #1 SMP Debian 3.18.6-1~kali2 (2015-03-02) aqui les va el script de airmon-ng
