Problemas Sagen F@st 2404 y openwrt

bueno tengo el sagem fast 2404 con el openwrt configurado con mi router wifi en modo cliente y no conecta la wifi he seguido los tutos y no se en que puedo fallar xq no asocia el con el router primario se queda la luz de wifi del sagem parpadeando y se apaga asi siempre

Hay mucha distancia entre ambos routers ?

Cuando haces el scan de redes desde LuCi qué porcentaje de señal te indica ?

Ante todo gracias por responder
te explico mas detalladamente las configuraciones que he hecho paso a paso

1.- Cargue el firmware openwrt-F@ST2404-squashfs-cfe.bin

entro en el router mediante web por luci y la primera pagina despues del login sale relativamente rapida pero para las demas configuraciones tarda mas de 1 minuto en abrir la pag cuando las abre porque a veces da error.

2.- Por telnet me deja configurar e hice lo del manual que me dijiste todo igual cambiando el nombre de la red y la encryptacion y la contraseña

hasta ahi bien

cuando termina la luz de la wifi del sagem empieza a parpadear unos segundos y despues parpadea mas rapido hasta que se apaga asi una y otra vez

entro en luci y la primera pantalla abajo aparece la network con el nombre de red que puse, modo cliente , y 0%, mas abajo pone not asociated or disabled y ahi me quedo

el router no esta a mas de 2,5metros con una pared de por medio

ah se me olvidava el luci cuando voy a network-wifi no me sale para guardar o aplicar cambios y si le doy a scan se queda colgada la pagina.

Entra por telnet, escribe dmesg y logread y pon lo que te saca el router. Pon también la configuración de la wifi: cat /etc/config/wireless
Fíjate si pone alguna MAC y borra los 6 últimos dígitos, que son los propios de cada dispositivo, pero deja los 6 primeros, ya que identifican al fabricante y permite ver si lee bien los datos que hay en la flash.

Ok, ya tengo una MAC real de un Comtrend para hacer tonterías.  ;D

Resumiendo: o el Comtrend o el Sagem están mal configurados o hay algún parámetro raro en la wifi, porque uno está echando a patadas al otro constantemente.

Sobre lo de que Luci va lento no me extraña, ya que Attitude Adjustment chupa mucha RAM, y la interfaz web se queda con casi todo lo que queda. Un "truco" para que vaya un pelín más suelto es deshabilitar temporalmente algún servicio como sysntpd; para hacerlo entras por telnet y tecleas "/etc/init.d/sysntpd stop" y sales, porque también chupa unos poquitos KB de RAM.

a ver creo que la he liado parda
solucione lo de la conexion wifi era pra la bssid que no estaba puesta

despues configure todo como en el manual y sin problemas pero no daba internet no abria ninguna pagina y edite la lan en vez de estatic adress en dhcp client y ahora no conecta por la lan para cambiar la cofiguracion que hago gracias

No te preocupes: la habrías liado muy parda si te hubieras cargado el CFE; esto es sólo un pequeño contratiempo.
Sólo se me ocurren dos opciones:
- Fácil: reflashear el router y volver a hacer todo desde el principio.
- Difícil: sacar soldador, estaño y un adaptador para puerto serie y reconfigurar.
Personalmente me quedo con la primera.  ^-^

Espero no equivocarme, pero parece que intentas la versión de redes de "estar en la procesión y repicar las campanas".

Según tu configuración la interfaz WAN del router (supongo que es wlan0) está configurada para la red 192.168.2.0/24 pero la puerta de enlace está en 192.168.1.0/24. Lo de las dos redes no es invento mío sino de los desarrolladores del protocolo TCP/IP.
Como tienes una máscara de subred 255.255.255.0 es imposible que 192.168.2.1 use como gateway 192.168.1.1, aunque si cambias la máscara por 255.255.0.0 sí se verían, pero el no podrías acceder a internet porque también tendrías que poner la subred en el Comtrend.
Cambiando 192.168.2.1 por, por ejemplo, 192.168.1.253 deberías poder navegar, aunque sin saber qué configuración de LAN y de WAN tienes en /etc/config/network igual se lía parda de nuevo.

Si te sirve de consuelo ya me hubiera gustado que alguien me hubiera explicado estos detalles hace cinco años cuando le metí openwrt a un Comtrend CT-5361: Instalo, configuro y nada, reconfiguro y nada, reconfiguro y ya no puedo acceder porque me cargué los interfaces, reinstalo y configuro y me hace ping en el router pero no en el ordenador... 2 días para que el puñetero router sacara internet por los cables para al final darme cuenta que me hubiera salido más barato y con menos enfados comprar un pincho wifi.

bueno sigo con mis peripecias y reflasheos jejeje ;D aver porque creo que me ha crecido la cabeza dos centimetros de tanto pensar.

hago todo desde cero

1.- desactivo del inicio el usb y el firewall para ahorrar memoria

2.- elimino la wan que esta creada

3.- edito la lan conestatic adrres ipv4 192.168.2.1 , netmask 255.255.255.0 y dns 8.8.88

4.- en wifi le doy a scan , join network , le pongo la clave , network wan y nombre wwan

reinicio el router y despues sale en status lo siguiente

wlan0 conectado modo cliente la direccion del gateway y dns y el porcentaje de conexion

despues el dispositivo conectado a la lan ( mi pc )

y  despues que esta asociado a la red wifi

hasta aqui ok pero no navega

en la pestaña network aparece

lan en verde y un dibujo de un cable de red y que esta conectado

wan en rojo un dibujo de antena wifi y conectado

parece que no se comunican las dos redes la lan y wan

lo he probado de tres maneras:

1.- edito la lan y entro en phisical settings y pincho en bridge y marco eth1 entre parentesis pone lan y client wifi y nada sigue igual

2.- en la pestaña network - static routes he configurado asi:

red wan-target-192.168.2.1/24-netmask-255.255.255.0-gateway-192.168.1.1
red lan-target-192.168.1.1/24-netmask-255.255.255.0-gateway-(en blanco)y otra vez 192.168.1.1

3.-lo hago todo igual pero la wifi en vez de crearla en la network wan la creo en lan con bridge.

y nada amigos mi barco sigue en astilleros no navega.me dan ganas de llorar.gracias por vuestra atencion

ya todo solucionado era problema del firewall apagado pero ahora se me ha quemado el router pero asi mismo gracias
