Abro este hilo porque el otro esta cerrado y lo que allí se propone sigue sin funcionarme:

https://wikidevi.com/files/Drivers/Ubiquiti/WiFiStation/pero usando la compatibilidad con Windows 7.
"haces cilck derecho en el programa y le das a solucionar problemas de compatibilidad .Despues a programa de solucion de problemas ,luego activo la casilla " el programa funcionaba en versiones anteriores de Windows pero ahora no se instala ni se ejecuta " , siguiente y elijo Windows 7 ."
De hecho lo probé de dos modos, con "solucionar problemas de compatibilidad" y también directamente en las propiedades del programa, usando compatibilidad con Windows 7, y también con Windows 8.
También he probado con otros drivers de station-drivers y de otros modelos con el mismo chipset.
Cada vez lo desinstalaba todo pero no funciona.
En los dispositivos del ordenador se ve que no funciona

He probado incluso reiniciando en modo a prueba de fallos.
