openwrt-963281T_TEF-generic-squashfs-cfe.bin creo que es sin luci, el problema el no poder acceder por ssh para instalar luci por comando. Como puedo meterle el firm por telnet es desde putty??? tampoco me funciona el modo rescate CFE

Espero no tener que soldar ... para el serial.

Antes de poder acceder por ssh, hay que hacer una primera conexión usando telnet y poner el password  ;)

No con la wifi interna no se puede poner en modo repetidor. Pero siempre puedes 'pincharle' alguna wifi al usb  ;D

hola , si hace como si cambiara el pasword lo reinicio con reboot y no sale nada ni por ssh ni por telnet , despues solo me deja entrar por telnet despues de reset (no entra a cfe tampoco). Gracias de antemano.

Buenas. Por fin todo ok.

Antes no hice algo bien o me salte algún paso.

Ya me puedo meter en ssh desde ubuntu y funciona correctamente.

Pasos que seguí:

1 edite network con vi para tener acceso a Internet
2 actualice e instale luci

Hola compañeros, tengo un a4001n (sin el 1 al final), os cuento:
He instalado el ultimo FW que colgais (muchisimas gracias sois unos genios) al primer post de este hilo, funciona casi todo perfecto, solo le falta el wifi N que no consigo activarlo.
Después de leer y releer, veo que esta todavía en muy temprano desarrollo este SoC, y también veo que la ultima compilación de este hilo no es la ultima en los repositorios de openwrt, así que me dispongo y compilo la mia. Pero... todavía peor no consigo ni activar el wifi. ¿Que hago mal? creeis que conseguiremos activar el wifi N en este router?
He probado tanto el driver mac80211 como el broadcom, ninguno me levanta la wifi.
mientras que en la compilación de este hilo, es mac80211 quien la levanta pero no consigue utilizar N.

El tema es que la asignacion de los puertos ethernet esta al reves en este router.

Hola a todos,

Disculpad si esto ya está 'descubierto' y 'masticado'. El caso es que en su día leí bastantes páginas de este hilo y no aparecía nada y al no aparecer en el post inicial..., pues eso.

El caso es que si tras realizar los puentes para habilitar el flasheo por puerto serie, simplemente se puentean RX y TX durante un instante en el arranque obtendremos el clásico servidor web de recuperación de los broadcom, evitando así la incomodidad del puerto serie.

Yo lo descubrí hace tiempo y lo he utilizado unas pocas veces sin problema alguno, de tal modo que tengo un switch que saqué de un router que tenía para desguace soldado en un slot que tiene vacio este para un switch. Las soldaduras se dejan puestas, no utilizamos el puerto serie, y si necesitamos flashear lo podemos hacer como en tantos routers pulsando un botón y subiendo el firm.
(Si alguien quiere subo fotos, pero hace pereza desmontar la tapa para eso...)

Como no suelo explicarme demasiado bien, resumo;

1 - Haces las soldaduras marcadas como puentes en la wiki de openwrt (que obviamente salieron de aquí).
2 - Puenteas RX y TX.
3 - Conectas corriente.
4 - 1-3 segundos y se ilumina un led rojo, puedes desconectar RX y TX.
5 - Navegador a 192.168.1.1 y a subir tu firm.
6 - Las soldaduras, creo, se pueden dejar, yo las tengo y todo funciona ok.
7 - (Opcional) Te montas algo más o menos decente, a tu gusto, para que no anden cables sueltos por ahí y no andar con soldaduras cada x tiempo.

Había pensado ponerlo en la wiki de open, pero siempre es mejor asegurarte de que no estás loco.

He installado la version r38342 del firmware casi todo funciona perfectamente, gracias.

Mi idea es instalar openvpn, pero tengo un problema de dependencias con el kernel. No encuentro una version del módulo tun (kmod-tun) para el kernel instalado (3.10.13). He probado a forzar dependencias y no funciona.
El módulo es para 3.10.32. Si lo copio a /var/modules/3.10.13, openvpn se llega a conectar e incluso el módulo se carga, pero en cuanto sale un paquete el router rearranca.

Es posible que alguien me indique una de estas (u otras opciones) ? :
1.- dónde puedo encontrar el paquete para el módulo
2.- o el módulo en binario para mi kernel
3.- o los parches para compilar openwrt

Estaba pensando que como no necesito más que el módulo otra opción sería compilarlo por mi parte, si es que encuentro la distribución correcta. En realidad no creo que necesite los parches para hacerlo

He compilado openwrt, desde la versión que hay en el primer post:

Es sencillo si tienes una máquina gnu dónde compliar:

git clone git://github.com/openwrt-es/openwrt.git -b bcm63xx-r38342

make menuconfig
  Seleccionar bcm63xx
  buscar el modulo de kmod-tun y seleccionarlo como módulo

make
  Esperar un buen rato

find . -name kmod-tun\*

y copio el módulo al router con scp

root@router:/tmp# opkg install ./kmod-tun_3.10.13-1_brcm63xx.ipk

Hola, por curiosidad, ¿el OpenVPN lo tienes de servidor o de cliente en el router?

Me gustaria configurar de servidor en el router para poder conectarme desde fuera y estar dentro de la LAN.

Holaaa!
He de decir primero que muchas gracias por este curro que he visto que os habeis montao para poder instalar openwrt en este router.
Gracias a vosotros he podido instalar openwrt sin problemas, he conseguido conectarlo por wifi, hacer un servidor de impresion y hacer un servidor de archivos con samba. Pero con este ultimo he tenido un problema:
He conseguido compartir un pen en formato ext4 y va muy bien, pero al probar con el formato fat, me detecta el pendrive (lo veo con el comando ls /dev/sd*) pero no me deja montarlo, me dice "no such device"

Holaaa!
He de decir primero que muchas gracias por este curro que he visto que os habeis montao para poder instalar openwrt en este router.
Gracias a vosotros he podido instalar openwrt sin problemas, he conseguido conectarlo por wifi, hacer un servidor de impresion y hacer un servidor de archivos con samba. Pero con este ultimo he tenido un problema:
He conseguido compartir un pen en formato ext4 y va muy bien, pero al probar con el formato fat, me detecta el pendrive (lo veo con el comando ls /dev/sd*) pero no me deja montarlo, me dice "no such device"

A mi me ha salido ese error cuando me faltaban los módulos del kernel con el sistema de archivos que queremos montar.

Has ejecutado el comando para montarlo antes de sacar el log ?
asi es, se que me lo detecta, de hecho lo he podido montar y compartir en formato ext4, pero en fat nada, y es el que necesito para poder coenectarlo a mi tv.
Probaré a instalar los modulos que dice tki200, aunque los que se supone que son para fat ya creo que los tengo todos.

Voy a probar a instalar todos eso que dices aunque ya tengo instalados la mayoria, decir tambien que estos modulos los tengo que instalar con --force-depends porque sino no me deja instalarlos

La instalación de módulos dependientes del kernel, no suele funcionar forzando las dependencias (está explicado en las FAQ).

Si quieres hacer servir el pendrive con formato FAT32 tendrás que usar un firmware que incluya los paquetes necesarios.
