Título: Router tp-link wdr3600 no funciona la banda 5Ghz.

Hola. Tengo un wdr3600 con OpenWrt instalado pero no consigo que me funcione el wifi 5Ghz. He instalado multiples versiones pero en ninguna detecta el chip wifi 5Ghz. ¿Le ha pasado a alguien?. Gracias y saludos.

Yo tengo uno, y funciona ambas bandas perfectamente.
Postea el resultado del comando dmesg para ver si se localiza el problema.

Por cierto has configurado correctamente el país, etc. ?

Has probado con la versión estable de Attitude Adjustment ?

No. Yo tengo una compilación personalizada (porque necesito FPU emulation activado en el kernel).
Si quieres, la localizo y la cuelgo, pero si has probado varias y con ninguna te va ... mal asunto.

Igual es una tontería, pero... ¿estás seguro de que no tienes el wifi desactivado, en el interruptor que hay en la parte trasera del aparato (si la memoria no me falla, en OpenWrt ese botón sólo afecta al chip de los 5GHz)?

He probado con el firmware AA y sigue igual. Estoy sospechando que es algo hardware porque al encender  el router se encienden todos los leds menos el del segundo wifi.

De todas formas muchas gracias por vuestras respuestas y por el interes.

Buenas, yo tengo un WDR3600 también y al arrancar sucede lo mismo de el led del wifi derecho, pero no se si es algo que siempre le a pasado, ahora mismo no lo puedo confirmar, lo que me sucede es que tras desbrikear por serial el equipo y volver al firm original pasando por ddwrt ahora no funciona ni 2.4GHz ni 5GHz, le he vuelto a poner ddwrt y ni si quiera aparecen las opciones de wireless.
