Tienes que reiniciar el router.

Ponme un bootlog del router después de reiniciar:

emeryth necesito un bootlog del router que dices que te has cargado el caldata para saber qué archivo tengo que pasarte para restaurarlo.

Podéis pasarlos al router de varias formas:
1) Por USB.
2) Conectándolo a otro router que tenga internet y ejecutando el comando:
wget https://dl.dropbox.com/u/4708147/openwrt/hw556/ath_MX29GL128EH.bin
3) Usando netcat
4) etc.

Para restaurarlos ejecutad:
dd if=ath_MX29GL128EH.bin of=/dev/mtd4

hola Noltari, pensé que el anterior ath_data.bin era para mi router, pero no funciona (no aparece el wifi), pero si pude instalar el tu ultimo firmware.

Podéis pasarlos al router de varias formas:
1) Por USB.
2) Conectándolo a otro router que tenga internet y ejecutando el comando:

3) Usando netcat
4) etc.

Para restaurarlos ejecutad:
dd if=ath_MX29GL128EH.bin of=/dev/mtd4

Como demonios se mete todo el dmesg en un cuadrito de esos q no m sale. Q novato soy. Gracias Noltari., le he estado echando un vistazo al codigo y parece ser q el ckeckcum no es el correcto y da error en el eeprom y no reconoce el wifi o algo asi, tu q entiendes de verdad a ver q m cuentas y si se m pega algo jeje.

Cuando utilizas imágenes squashfs, se crea una partición llamada rootfs_data justo después de rootfs, para poder escribir configuración y otros archivos personalizados, puesto que la partición rootfs no se puede tocar.

No pruebes esas imágenes en el firmware de danitool porque tienen distinto offset y no van a funcionar.

Cualquier otra cosa que se pudiese hacer la teníais que haber hecho antes de probar firmwares sin control, habiendo hecho un backup...

Deshabilitados los enlaces a mis compilaciones de openwrt para este router por haber podido causar la pérdida del wifi a algún miembro de este foro.

Estoy haciendo los parches de una nueva forma más segura para evitar la pérdida del caldata, haciendo una mezcla de mi procedimiento y el de danitool.

Todavía no sé a qué routers afecta. Mi sospecha es que podría ser que algunos routers con la flash MX29GL128EH tuvieran las mismas mac que los routers de la MX29LV128DB y esto estaría causando la pérdida de wifi en estos casos en concreto.

Sobre lo del backup de "todo", depende de a qué le llames "todo". En openwrt es muy sencillo hacer backups de la configuración, tienes una sección en LuCI cerca del formulario de actualización. Sin embargo, no se puede hacer un backup de los paquetes instalados, por lo que es mejor utilizar firmwares que lleven todo lo que necesitas para no tener que instalarlos posteriormente en la partición rootfs_data.

Sí, prueba con los caldata que te pasé con este firmware.
