Of course!

You have to run it as a Live CD or Live USB, you can burn the ISO on a CD or extract the content in a previusly formated (fat) USB and run "bootinst" (no administrator privileges). Once you got it just boot from it and proceed to install as I suppose you did on the virtualbox (from start menu launcher).

PS:I'm going to move this topic to "Live Wifislax" where it should be.
