wifislax 4.4 beta12 crashed once conected to wifi network could not find solution so remover network manager and installed wicd network manager and works fine so far no crash yet anyway there is bluetooth menu says no adapter found so bluedevil wont load up so tried new fimware lots of diffrent things in package management anyway non of them worked googled it found no solition so far anyone no of a fix? ;)

i need check the bluetooth problem , because i think need aditional libraries...i know , is broken.
network manager , this is strange , because i work fine for me ever , i think around , and im not sure but think here have an "bad use", problem.
please for help me , need a video ,
you can put recordmydesktop , for record in video , for see the error ???

se que el bluetooth ,puede estar fallando por que creo que le faltan librerias.
respecto al network manager , me han reportado algunos que tras usarlo , el equipo se bloquea y no les permite abrir aplicaciones. ... yo creo que es por un mal uso.
agradeceria un video , para ver como configurais network manager por que aunque no tiene nada del otro jueves..
jay que marcar una casilla que pone "conexion de sistema" , ..ademas de configurar el kwallet , que por otro lado no esta y no se si tal vez al querer usarlo es cuando se bloquea.

Ya sea por slackpkg o modulos hay fallo al hallar el adaptador por menù normal.
Bluedevil-wizard permanece en loop aunque el movil halla el notebook ???

sorry am new to the forum and not sure how to respond to replays lol help me!! anyway my recored works so can do for you but i found a quick fix, not soliution but if i click network manager in system tray and check no wireless in bottom left corner and not networking then install wicd set up to conect auto i removed net manager from tray rebooted all fine am running wicd as network manager no probs so far, bluetooth says cannot load /usr/lib/kde4/kcm and so on have tried that cammand in terminal comand not none have just installed wifislax4.4 beta10 to see i still had problem ther and yes same old bug!! there, if you list wat you want me to do in record desktop and i will sent you vid tomoro as am in reaver doing a new rooter i was given to test you said it could be vido driver that my cause problem well i am testing on dell inspiron 6400 ,broadcom abg3945 wireless card 3945 driver but funny thing is laptop is media center with media direct botton and have play,stop, ff ,and so on could that be my problem anyway thanks for your feed back

Referente al tema del bloqueo del sistema,a mi me pasó eso mismo y despues de calentarme bastante la cabeza,buscando el problema,la solución era muy sencilla.
No me acordaba,que tenia el "laptop mode tools"instalado,y simplemente,antes de hacer ni abrir nada,simplemente,dandole a la combinacion de teclado,para activar el wifi,ya se acabó el problema.
Confirmado...antes de nada,activar wifi ,mediante combinacion de teclado FUN+ Fx (en mi caso FUN+F9) y todo solucionado.
UN SALUDO A TODOS >:(

and blueman to get bluetooth working ;)
right click on the network icon ..
wicd configuration
select card

i close this thread , because now have beta 13 , i hope the problems solved.
