i am getting little bit frustrated over here. should i even try the updates that the update tool is providing me?

because my laptop was working slick slack perfect

now after upgrading the desktop is not starting up.

even after uninstall nvidia drivers, even after reinstalling the mesa driver, and removing xorg.conf

its not working :(

anyone speaking english please help

1 - start with livecd
2 - go to /etc/inittab and change 4 to 3


with this now the system no try to autostart ...and have terminal to execute comands.


slackpkg update
slackpkg install-new


or try to

startx

then system say what library need to install.


if want can install packages in live to hdd


ROOT=your/hdd/with-wifislax installpkg PACKAGE.txz
