I tried smak 2 but it dosn't work with 3945 card.

You use wifiX I suppose... ( wifislax or wifiway)
You can try with macchanger in the two distributions, and In last end, you can do this in the shell:

ifconfig <ifaz> down
ifconfig <ifaz> hw ether new_mac
ifconfig <ifaz> up

I've got the same wireless card and smac 2.0 works fine Wink
Otherwise try kmac: http://www.neset.com/download/?k-mac.zip It's much more faster, liter and furthermore freeware
I think a little bit better, if you only want to spoof a mac Grin
